Lola Mer is unique to the area, bringing quality brands to Chatham with current styles and designers. Our clients repeatedly tell us Chatham was in desperate need of a store like Lola Mer!

Return Policy
In store: Full price items can be returned within 5 days of purchase ONLY IF the items have not been worn and the tags are still on. After the 5-day period expires, Lola Mer is no longer responsible for the item. Issues with the item will go through the vendor. All sale items are final sale.
Online: A return request can be initiated within 5 days of receive date for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Customer will pay for return shipping. Items cannot be worn and tags must be on to receive credit once store receives.
